Boscombe Charities win Mayors Favour

Newly appointed Mayor, Steven Chappell announced this week that 3 Boscombe based charities will benefit from being this years "Mayors Charities", Coda Fiddle Orchestra Based at st Mary's and led by Jack Maguire teaches local children Violin and arranges performances throughout the year. Crumbs is well known in Boscombe due to their training cafe on Christchurch Rd, The charity helps those with learning difficulties with work based learning. Vita Nova is a theatre group helping those in recovery from substance misuse. Their work takes them into schools with educational performance and discussion on drug issues. The mayors other Charities are Bournemouth Heart Club and the Wessex Autistic Society.
