CFO concert please

On Saturday December 13th at 12 noon, 40 fiddlers will assemble on the stage of the Bourne Spring Centre, formerly, St Mary's Church, St mary's Rd, Springbourne, opposite the Fire Station.
 
Most of these talented children, some aged only 5, come from the Boscombe area and receive means tested violin lessons under a scholarship scheme called "Coda Fiddle Orchestra" under the direction of Jack Maguire ARAM. retired co-lead violinist of the BSO and his assistant Kate Carpenter. They have reached a profficient standard and will deliver a colourful  concert including Xmas music, folk dances, and songs from the shows including Phantom of the Opera.
The concert is Free to attend, but a collection will be held on behalf of Bourne Spring Trust who help CFO generously in kind.
 
On December 14th at 11am, CFO will be performing in the Arcade at Bournemouth Town Centre on behalf of the Mayor's charities. Please attend and cheer these children on who have given up their Sunday to play in the freezing cold.
 
Coda Fiddle Orchestra is one of the Mayor's charities and also received funding from Bournemouth Rotary, Talbot Village Trust, Cooperative Community Fund. Bournemouth Arts and the Foundation for Sports and the Arts.
