Tuesday night brings an exciting experiment. For the first time, Stromenti will be accompanying young winners of the Bournemouth Music Festival. There will be jazz saxophonists, songs from the shows, Panis Angelicus and Pie Jesu sung by boy trebles, Mozart Clarinet Quintet, flutes and others, including interjections by Stromenti's own baroque repertoire.Hattie McCall-Davies, overall winner of the festival will perform movements from Vivaldi's cello concerto. This is a new exciting venture which will be compared by Doug Eyre, our president and chair of BMF. Please come and support these young aspiring musicians, all local, some on their way to music college. St Clements Church 7.30pm, reservations 01202 399114 |
